We are a bunch of normal, grounded people who are passionate about helping people move more freely and ease-fully through their lives. We believe that this happens through first connecting with our own body. Taking some quiet time to slow down and really feel what is happening on the inside. This is becoming more and more difficult to do as the pace of the world outside of us speeds up. We want to be a sanctuary for you. A place that helps you to slow down and BE. A place where you feel completely welcomed to just BE YOU... exactly as you are.

Yoga and Mindfulness
Offered in Anglesea for local community members, we facilitate a variety of class times and levels to suit all needs. Our experienced teachers will take the time to get to know your needs and your body to help guide you through a safe, enjoyable and therapeutic series of movements and mindfulness practices.
Longer half or full day sessions which give willing students the opportunity to experience deeper levels of stillness and inquiry. These sessions lend themselves to more insight and a longer lasting feeling of rest and rejuvenation.
GROUP SESSIONS - YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS
Being a teenager in today’s fast-paced, competitive and highly judgemental world creates pressures and stresses that compound the ‘normal’ hormonal, psychological and emotional fluctuations that underpin/define adolescence. This can be overwhelming and, for some, debilitating. Giving young people tools to manage these pressures is essential for them to grow into well-balanced, productive adults able to contribute their unique skills and creativity to humanity.
We begin by connecting with and engaging students by practicing empathy and interactive discussion. We teach Yoga and Mindfulness principals and create a safe and supportive environment where students practice them with close guidance and careful attention. We support students to begin practicing these tools and principals in their daily life.
GROUP SESSIONS - WORKPLACE YOGA AND MINDFULNESS
We spend more than half of our waking life at work. Our workplace culture unquestionably has an impact on our mental and emotional wellbeing. A workplace which values mental and physical health, vulnerability and willingness to have tough conversations will be a more effective and enjoyable workplace.
Yoga and Mindfulness will help your workplace to build this culture and give employees time to rest and rejuvenate at work. We come to your workplace and provide all equipment for groups of up to 15 people. The sessions will be tailored to the needs of your workplace.
PRIVATE SESSIONS - 1:1 OR SMALL GROUPS
Yoga that's designed specifically to suit your body and your needs. We can come to your home. Suitable for those with injuries, pain or mental/emotional symptoms (e.g. anxiety, sleep problems), those who have very busy schedules, or those who don’t enjoy open group classes.
