BEGINNERS YOGA

Perfect for those new to yoga or those wanting to return from injury or if you would just like to learn more about the practice and focus on technique. This is a workshop-style class that breaks poses and exercises down to help you move well and feel better.

8-WEEK BEGINNERS SERIES

If you're new to Yoga, recovering from an injury or are interested in re-visiting the foundations of movement principals and learning about your own movement patterning , this 8-week Beginners Series is perfect for you. Zoom recordings will be available if there are any weeks you can't attend

RISE & SHINE

Focuses on functional strength and alignment, requiring you to build on your internal forces and focus. To balance your body systems, you will finish by unwinding into restorative poses.

MAT PILATES

These mat based Pilates classes cater for beginners through to those experienced with the Pilates methodology. You will be taught the correct technique with the exercises to ensure you are using the targeted muscles and get the most out of the class. 

MINDFUL MOVEMENT 

This fun class will combine controlled functional movement in various planes that involve balance, co-ordination, strength, core activation, joint mobility, stretching and breath work. The goal is to pay attention to your own sensations and movements. You will finish with a meditation. This class is perfect for those looking for  a slower, deliberate movement practice. All ages and fitness levels welcome. 

YIN

A slower, floor-based class focusing on releasing connective tissue. Helps to improve joint mobility, circulation, flexibility and reduce stress and anxiety. Suitable for all levels.

FLOW

After an initial warm up and inquiry, you will be led through a series of Vinyasa movements, being always gently encouraged to follow your own body's pace, breath and limitations. This flow sequence is designed to intelligently and gently open your body so that you feel more freedom and ease in your movement.

SLOW FLOW

An intelligently sequenced series of slow dynamic movements designed to slowly warm up your body, then stretch and open and gently build strength. This class moves at an achievable pace, and can be modified according to your needs

AYURVEDIC YOGA

Bring balance and wellness to the body, mind and soul.
Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga, an ancient healing system for the whole body. Join us for yoga, meditation and breathing exercises and to learn more about Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practices to bring about holistic health and whole-of-self wellbeing.
